Full payment confirms the booking and secures the wedding date. We provide written confirmation of the paid order.
Cancelling a wedding cake order
Please request cancellation at least one month before the wedding date.
For cancellations made less than one month before the wedding date, any refund depends on the work, ingredients, custom materials and preparation already committed to the order.
Cancellations made less than seven days before the wedding date are non-refundable.
Date or venue changes
Date changes, postponements and venue changes depend on whether the revised order can be accommodated. They may affect delivery, setup, design and price. Contact us as early as possible if plans change.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
